The gastronomic Restaurant D’Eux-Mêmes Place du Vieux Marché in Rouen offers original cuisine with fresh, seasonally-available produce. Each recipe is created by Chef Nicolas Deschamps and his team. Their aim: to make your taste buds travel… Culinary creation at D’Eux-Mêmes is based on four themes: a central product to which we add excitement, innovation and some sparkle. Our constant concerns: to work with unprocessed materials and create balanced dishes that respect the taste of each product. The search for the ‘true taste’ within a fork’s reach!
D’Eux-Mêmes offers set lunchtime menus from €16.90 and from €19.90 to €35 for fuller menus. By opting for a meal from the Special’s board, you can also discover dishes worked differently with the taste (loin of lamb, pigeon, quail, black pig from Basque country, Saint-Jacques scallops, turbot, ray…).

D’Eux-Mêmes has surrounded itself with the best regional suppliers. The restaurant shares with them the quest for the region’s excellence and culture: market gardeners, producers, farmers & butchers. We are committed to working with seasonal products. What’s more, careful to protect and sustain undersea species, the gastronomic D’Eux-Mêmes restaurant chooses its products based on reproduction periods.
David Oper & Nicolas Deschamps do their shopping in several ways. First of all, locally with local producers or stockists, however without excluding more exotic products if the quality is better. “With the Chef, we are always seeking better products: marbled meats, unusual aromatic herbs, cheeses with new flavours…”
